the trick would be to eradicate the duplicates. for example, every codinghorror post ends up on digg and dotnetkicks and joel.reddit and...

I looked at their feeds - dotnetkicks and reddit retain the original URL somewhere within their RSS item. Tricky it would be for digg and dzone - I don't think they'd appreciate someone spiding their web page to retrieve the original URL...

On the other hand people are very selective in their reading, so having them _all_ together may not work for everyone.

What would be good is the ability to mix to your personal preference. I'm sure there are new (web 2.0ish) sites out there that provide the service.
